Andy Zalewski is a licensed architect in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Ohio and New Jersey with over 30 years of professional experience. He received both his undergraduate and Master of Architecture Degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a member of I.C.C. International Code Council and formerly served on the Malden Arts Council and Victorian Society. Andy also served on the Board of Directors of the Builders Association of Greater Boston, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Boston Society of Architects. He presently serves as a Director for Life Resources, Inc., a second chance for troubled teenagers. He has distinguished himself in the design of custom houses, condominiums, apartments and commercial developments, several of which have received national and regional design awards. Completed projects include several custom homes in the White Mountains and Lake Winipesaukee areas of New Hampshire, an award-winning home in North Falmouth, Massachusetts as well as multi-family projects including Caldwell Farm in Byfield, MA, Heritage at Bedford Springs in Bedford, MA, Mainstone Farm in Wayland, MA, Aria in Danvers, MA, The Townhomes at 680 South Avenue in Weston, MA, Heritage at Stone Ridge in Burlington, MA and the Scott Circle Housing Program at Hanscom Field in Bedford, MA for the United States Air Force. The City of Malden, MA has sponsored several retail streetscape and neighborhood rehabilitation developments under Andy's guidance.
